What makes an XChrono watch different from cheaper alternatives?
XChrono is built as a collector-grade piece, not a throwaway fashion watch. We use quality movements, solid cases and carefully finished components, assembled in small batches and checked by hand.
You will see cheap alternatives online that look similar in photos. In hand, the difference is obvious: weight, finishing quality and overall feel simply cannot be matched by those lightweight, mass-produced pieces.
XChrono is made for people who care about how a watch wears and feels on the wrist, not just how it looks in a picture.
Will the watch fit my wrist and how do I adjust the strap?
Every XChrono watch comes standard with a link bracelet. You can remove or add links at home using the sizing tool included in the box, which allows you to adjust the fit easily for your wrist.
Some models are supplied with leather straps instead of links. These use a traditional buckle system and can be adjusted quickly with no tools, just like a normal watch strap.
If you are unsure about fit, you are welcome to contact us before ordering and we will help you choose the best option.
What are the lead times and how long does shipping take?
XChrono is a small-batch brand and each watch is prepared on request as part of an exclusive collector service.
Current lead times are displayed on each product page. In most cases, in-stock pieces are packed and dispatched within a few working days.
To protect quality and manage demand, we may occasionally cap production and run a short waiting list. If that happens, the expected timing will be clearly shown before you place your order. Once shipped, you will receive tracking details and typical delivery times for your area.
I have questions before ordering, what should I do?
We are happy to help. To avoid delays or misunderstandings, please follow this process:

This process ensures your request reaches the right person on our team and helps us answer you faster and more accurately, without pulling time away from active orders in production.
How does your 14-day return policy work?
All refunds and exchanges must be requested via our Contact Us page within 14 days of delivery (based on the courier’s confirmed delivery date). After 14 days, returns or exchanges can no longer be accepted.
If the issue was our mistake
(incorrect item, manufacturing defect, or something not as described):
- We will make it right
- Replacement or refund will be arranged
- We cover the replacement shipping costs
If the issue was on your side
(wrong model or colour selected, change of mind, etc.):
- You cover the return and resend shipping costs
- A 15% handling and repacking fee applies
- Items must be unused, unfitted, and in their original condition and packaging
Custom or personalised items may be excluded from change-of-mind returns unless there is a manufacturing defect.

Can I order offline or by phone?
No. XChrono is an online retailer and all orders are placed through our website.
Because each watch is prepared per order and certain editions are produced in limited batches, our online checkout ensures that:
- Your selections are captured accurately
- Payment is processed securely
- Your order flows straight into our system for packing and dispatch
- You receive automatic order and tracking updates
We also handle support via email and our online contact form. This gives us a clear written record of your request, allows us to attach photos or videos if needed, and lets the team stay focused on current orders instead of trying to manage ad-hoc phone orders.
This streamlined approach ensures we can service our current customers as efficiently as possible, and that our resources are not depleted by manually processing phone orders and ad-hoc enquiries.
We do work directly with OEM and wholesale partners, where dedicated contacts and processes are set up, but even then orders are still processed through our digital system for accuracy and tracking.
